Debbie Cox
Each morning, I wake up excited to be able to do what I love! I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to combine my passion for anesthesia with my patients in pain management. I am honored to be able to treat such a diverse patient population.
My life is so wonderful! I am incredibly blessed with an amazing daughter and a very supportive husband. I have the pleasure working with a very talent, hard-working and dependable staff. Together we celebrate enjoying life…one patient at a time.
My business has grown well beyond the initial dreams I had with my husband (Michael Cox) when we opened Pain Institute of Clarksville in 2012. We started this practice in February 2012 with the mission to provide a different kind of healthcare to people in chronic pain and their families in this area. I put together a great caring staff that takes care of our patients like they would their own family.
From the moment you walk through our doors, it is our desire that your experience reflects warm hospitality and personal attention. Our office is a relaxed and friendly environment, conducive to patients in chronic pain. We allow plenty of time for each patient, providing a relaxed and stress free session that is focused entirely on you.
I have been practicing as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in Tennessee since 2005.
I attended the University of New Orleans and received a Bachelor’s of Arts in the Biological Sciences from 1987-1992.
I attended University the Alabama at Birmingham from 1994-1997 where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I worked at UAB Hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit prior to attending graduate school.
I attended graduate school from 2002-2004 where I graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing. I passed my national certification examination boards soon after graduation and have been practicing in Nashville, Dickson and Clarksville, Tennessee since 2005.
Thank you for visiting my site.
I sincerely appreciate your interest.
